Medela – nurturing its brand with a new Brand Centre

We are excited to welcome a new client to the Brandworkz Brand Management Software family, Swiss-based, global company Medela, and to announce the launch of their new Brand Centre!

Medela is a global player in breastfeeding products and medical vacuum technology, passionately advocating the use of human breast milk and its benefits for babies. The success of the business is down to continued research, innovation and the evaluation of customers’ needs. With 19 subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia, Medela distributes its products in more than 100 countries.

Such global reach calls for a strong brand which in turn requires strong brand management. The Medela Brand Centre (MBC) powered by Brandworkz Digital Asset Management will provide the over 1,700 staff within the company access to brand guidelines, approved photography, marketing communications campaign assets and best practice case studies, as well as product information. As the MBC grows, other departments will also start to store their information and assets in this ‘one-stop-shop’.

Medela have been highly focussed on internal user uptake of the system and have devised internal communications encouraging teams to learn about the purpose of the Brand Centre and giving guidance about to use it.
