Brandworkz Customer Experience Workshop at the Festival of Marketing 2017

Last week saw digital asset management provider Brandworkz sponsor and participate in the Festival of Marketing 2017 in London’s Tobacco Dock. The annual event was a gathering of marketing leaders and visionaries from across the marketing world who shared their experiences and expertise in a number of talks, panels discussions and workshops.

Brandworkz hosted a workshop entitled ‘How to ensure your team is winning the brand experience consistency battle’. For the workshop we teamed up with Nienke Bloem from The Customer Experience Game to deliver an interactive 90-minute session aimed at marketing leaders to help them understand and find solutions for the brand experience consistency challenge. Those who attended got to play The Customer Experience Game which is a fully interactive, team-based board game that challenges the players think creatively about the customer experience problem.
